Design Process:

  1. Understanding Your Vision:
    • We start by having a conversation to understand your project goals, target audience, and business objectives.
    • If you have a design preference or websites you like, please share them with us. If you have a logo, that will help us align the design with your branding.
  2. Exploring Options:
    • If you’re unsure about the design, no problem! We’ll ask a few questions about your product, target market, and overall design preferences (whether you prefer something simple, modern, or dynamic) to craft something that fits your vision.
  3. Research & Inspiration:
    • We conduct research on industry trends and competitors to draw inspiration and create a mood board that will help shape the overall look and feel of your site.
  4. Wireframes & Initial Layout:
    • Before diving into detailed design, we create wireframes (basic layout sketches) to plan the structure of the site. This gives us an early look at how everything will be organized.
    • Once reviewed, we’ll refine the wireframes based on your feedback.
  5. Design Mockups:
    • Using the information gathered, we’ll create 2-3 design concepts for you to review. You’ll choose the one that resonates with you, and we’ll work on making any changes necessary until you’re completely satisfied.

Development Process:

  1. Starting Development:
    • We’ll begin the development phase using WordPress. If you have a preferred page builder, we’ll use that; otherwise, we’ll default to Elementor Pro for its versatility and ease of use.
  2. Setting Up the Staging Site:
    • We’ll create a private staging site where the development will happen. This allows us to test everything before going live.
    • We’ll install the necessary tools for building, optimizing, and securing your site, including:
      • Elementor (or preferred builder)
      • Hello theme (parent and child)
      • Yoast SEO (for search optimization)
      • Wordfence Security (for protecting your site)
      • All-in-One WP Migration (for safe backups)
  3. Building Your Website:
    • We’ll convert the approved design into a functional WordPress website, making sure all elements align with your brand and goals.
    • As we build, we’ll ensure that the site follows best practices for SEO, such as setting up page titles, meta descriptions, and image alt tags.
  4. Functionality Integration:
    • Any features you need (contact forms, social media links, newsletters) will be seamlessly integrated into the site.
  5. Testing:
    • We thoroughly test the site to ensure it works perfectly across all devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile) and browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
    • We also run the site through tools like Google PageSpeed Insights to ensure it performs well and meets high SEO and accessibility standards.
  6. Client Review:
    • Once the staging site is ready, we’ll share it with you for a full walkthrough. At this stage, we’ll collect your feedback and make any necessary tweaks.
  7. Final Preparation:
    • Before going live, we’ll ensure all SEO settings are finalized, security measures are in place, and a backup is ready.
  8. Launching Your Website:
    • Once you give the final approval, we’ll launch the website to your live domain, ensuring a smooth transition.
    • We’ll also help you submit the site to Google Search Console so it can start appearing in search results.
  9. Post-Launch Support:
    • After the website is live, we’ll offer support for any minor tweaks or questions you may have, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
